That's not normal, both of those things were pretty fast on my end (we're talking the order of a few hours). It could be the load, although the fact that it happened for both files over a long time span makes me wonder if there's something wrong with your XB1 or if your internet is being very slow.

What sorts of results do you get with an internet speed test? (i.e. speedtest.net)
