I don't really know about technology, but I hope with all the extra stuff the Xbox One permits that we'll see more diverse Covenant remnants. Mixtures of all three or whatever number of Kig-Yar races, the Hesduros and Sanghelios Sangheili, etc. With the broad reach of the Covenant religion, I can't imagine these zealous factions are split evenly down racial lines.
