I'm fairly sure he is nearing retirement age and may well make more money than 343i could pay for him to move to USA.

343i shouldn't be afraid to offer temp contract work to well known community Forgers. Must be some way to make it work.

But really, do people really think 343i didn't know what CA was delivering? They had to know. So it comes down to time and resources. I think H4 Forge was the best they could get out for release day.

It wouldn't have mattered how many community Forgers got to Beta it, it wasn't going to change before release.

Hopefully that scenario doesn't happen for H5. This early Beta could be a good sign.
