I highly doubt that Forge will be featured in the Halo 5 beta, especially considering how early this beta will be in Halo 5's development.

I don't think it should be, even. Forge is the bonus, Forge is not why you buy Halo, and Forge can't sustain a community without player population--and that player population is dependent on the quality of competitive multiplayer. Forge would distract from that--you'd be spending your time building things and having people play on the things you built instead of playing the experience that 343 is presenting and testing, which is the purpose of the beta.

I do think that 343 Industries should bring in Forgers from the Halo community to evaluate Forge in progress, with sufficient time to have issues addressed.
