Solved: Retcon maneuvering thrusters into his suit

Said thrusters I believe were introduced in H4.

343 could always add some Edge of Tomorrow stuff in and be like "MC died and respawned over and over until he found the perfect way to deliver that bomb while also escaping like a boss".

But you'll have to listen to the Arbiter and forget this legendary story for H5. That's right, 343 is using the Arbiter as their non-canoning patsy. Now you know why they've kept him tucked away for so long :p
