When I read the news of your departure, I was honestly stunned. To me you seem as much a part of Bungie as Jason Jones, Marathon, BLAM!, LingLing and the number 7 - I never thought I'd see the day to see you two go your separate ways.

You can do so, content in the knowledge you've made a wonderful contribution to the industry, inspiring countless others to try and do the same, and played an irreplaceable role in the development of some of the most famous, influential and groundbreaking pieces of entertainment in history.

The richness and depth of your music sings for itself, but rest assured we know your contribution to Bungie's success went far beyond just supplying the sound. We know the guiding, experienced hand you provided to Halo and Destiny's development, and the value that offered.
