I posted on the Xbox One support forums and learned the contest is in deed real.
Turns out a number of artist has had their art stolen and used in the contest. Which explains the lack of expected winners. I've been in touch with some of the other winners and learnes they also have not been notified of their wins either.

Support Staff is looking into everything.
Sure hope it isn't canceled.

To be safe, I went ahead and included links in my Thread post to prove I'm the artist and owner of my winning entry. ;)
