There seems to be a issue. I've never been contacted about my win and there is no email nor phone# for me to call. And according to the rules, I must respond within 7 days of the website announcement and notification email. I've searched my inbox, spambox, and trash bin and not one email was received. To be honest I don't even care about the controller (no console). I just want to see my art on the console again.

I've contact Xbox support but tech rep had no info on the website nor contest. She was very helpful and worked hard ensure me it was a legit MS contest. Even the URL's WhoIs info seems to check out. I've called the number provided by the WhoIs info and of course no one is in the office due to New Year break. The Xbox Rep has filed and reported my issue. She seemed generally worried about this. Which is new in my Xbox Support experiances, so I'm pretty sure someone is looking into it.

Would someone with a Xbox One please check the Marketplace for my design? Or any feedback of the winning designs for me please. No idea if they are even suppose to be up for download yet or not.
