The only thing I disagree with Spider on is the Private Chat thing. The reason that CC has that rule is because Customs Night is a social experience for people to meet each other, play each other maps, and form friendships and having a person or several people in private chat removed that element.
You will only be able to post to the forum if you first create a user profile.
