Maybe they would consider something like that, but when you think about it you can't charge the price of a full title for the multiplayer portion only and you also can't charge in advance for a Campaign. Assuming that's true then they would charge less for the multiplayer portion and some people would only buy that and not the rest or vice-versa. MS doesn't like not getting as much money as possible so I don't think they would do something like this.
