It is a shame that they where on waypoint though not on the disc. I dislike the promethean's as they felt like poorly designed built sponges on higher levels of the game.
one of the worst areas in halo for is on the last level with the station wagon knight guy just sits there with an incineration cannon making no attempt to engage the player leaves a poor impression in the ability of the AI, It will just wait until the player moves in front of it then fires.
the lack of options for engaging the promethean's due to the characteristics of the watcher make already dull fights quite a chore in the game especially with the lack of weapons that are generally effective against the knights and the watchers themselves.
