Seeing as how it was my thread that you mentioned, this is exactly what I mean about Halo 1 having the best AI battles.

It'd be interesting to see how well the 2 sets of enemies perform as the difficulty changes. IIRC, the Flood are dominant on the easier difficulties but it evens out at the harder difficulties.

Keyes always has great AI battles - one of the battles in the Coolant part is particularly good (where the Elite is in a Shade) - if the Carrier forms get to the Shade then it's all over but if not then the Covies can usually hold them.
