Actualy, I can see a use for clothing changes outside of that: If you could break the neck of a female striker, steal her uniform, and infiltrate that would be pretty darn cool. Of course, this wouldn't be an option on the menu, but rather it would be an ingame choice. The upshot is that I think someone needs to make a game where the clothing matters. In oni it doesn't. Armor takes damage the same as street clothing. The bad guys don't think you're a civilian if you're wearing street clothing.
