Dude... it's posts like this that make me feel like a genius.

It seems that I actualy fairly acurately predicted what the airport level 2 was. Ok, so maybe the similar element is fairly unspecific, but still, give me my moment.

I'm more certain about 7 than I was about 5: From the diary it looks to have been a dream sequence. Also from the diary we learned some info about Konoko's past. I'd call this a little bit more than a name and a number, but maybe I'm mistaking something.

Well, if 17 was partly modelled, I'd say that one was the iron demon level that a number of people have asked after.
