Ah right, got it. That gives me a much better sense of what things are going to be like. Basically it's using the more 'modern' sort of covies (H4?) and other stuff, but with the maps echoing the old ones in terms of overall features, and with some of the old voice audio used, or in the case of Cortana, re-recording her old lines or variations thereof (she still sounds great).

I heard some old Grunt voice audio in there, but I think most of it was more modern. Heard Stacker in the hog, but couldn't recognize him. Did the Marines all have dark visors? Actually the Marines tended to look almost shrouded in darkness. 2:38 was particularly bad, in the vicinity of the newly dropped hog. The hog seemed unnaturally dark too.

But anyway, I won't get into serious analysis, a lot of which would likely just echo things I said about H4 or whatever.

One thing I will quickly mention though: I do think it's terrible how you get weapon-swap prompts in the middle of the screen. Very ugly and distracting. I was immediately struck by that. Now that I check back to my old H4 opinion piece, I see that it's something which came in with H4. Maybe it never went away after that, I don't know (I've lost track since then).
