The nades are what causes it to freak out and wriggle, so they're pretty important. Although saying that, there was one time on Xbox were all I had to do was jump up on the rim next to it for it to work; it all depends on the shees position and how 'friendly' it is.
The sequence of movements I do are simply what I found to work. There may be a simpler way but I didnt really have the time to be messing with that. Anyway, the constant movement means you avoid the Banshees fire.
The checkpoint near the shee must happen 'cause the whole front half of it is buried away obscuring its view.
Just so you know, I'm not going to be doing any more testing, so its up to you and everyone else to perfect things.
