I get that. I wouldn't mind the 4 design at all if they just moved the mandibles up a bit. The "horns" might look sorta weird, but I kinda like them because they make me think there might be other structures of the Elites that we haven't seen yet. Kinda like how most humans in the military have close-cropped hair but civilians have a wide variety of hairstyles. Perhaps civilian Elites would have far more intricate scales or something.
