So that concludes the poll, and the Anniversary Elites have won by a landslide. Counting the non-Twitter votes, that makes seven votes for Halo 2 Anniversary's over just two for Halo 4's and 5's.

For my own two cents, I will say that I kind of liked the head shape and skin design for the Halo 4/5 Elites, but the mandibles were the oddest part; they're so drawn back that the Elites can barely move them. Their mouths are perpetually open and so they can't close them and form words.

The H2A Elite looks sorta skinny to me, but that might be because that model was built first to represent the Arbiter, and he's pretty lanky compared to other Elites, which is especially noticeable in Halo 3. The skin also looks kind of lumpy, but the muscle and limb design is solid, and the face is much more expressive. And expression wins out when telling a story.
