Yep. Tried that as well, sadly.

Doing the hard shutdown is how I got Tartaus to finally die.
I'm a member of the Xbox preview program, so I'm always swutching profiles to fix issues.

None of these have worked. I thought it mighr have been because my system auto signed out of LIVE while I was playing. But the achievements fir the last two skulls and last doll went through easily. So that's not it.

Ive played these levels so much now, that I may be able to do it blindfolded. I'm clearly not going to get the achievement pop on solo mode.

BTW, activating any of the secondary skulls will result in a No Scoring mode. This may result in the game not seeing the completions. As I stated, I tried it with the scarab skull and it gave the same warning. And no achievement pop. :'(
