I figured it had something to do with the Forerunner engines, because that's the most unique thing about the ship, but I'd want some kind of explanation if it's that because she's in control of a lot of Forerunner stuff. If it's not that I think they're going to say Roland is unique, which seems plausible. He broke free from Halsey's back door exploit in Spartan Ops.

As far as I know the only other AI that thwarted something Halsey tried to do was Cortana, who's been played up as unique.
I just hope they do more with the character and it's good.
