Well, aside from some bits of writing... for example from this episode:
"...the entire apartment had been gutted. Everything, down to the light fixtures, the appliances, the cabinetry... they pulled up all the flooring, stripped all the trimming, ripped out all of the plumbing - all of it. It was just gone. Without any hint that it had been there in the first place."
Really? So... I'm trying to picture what this apartment now looks like while he speaks... Clearly not a wreck, but clean and emptied bare; yet, "as if there never was" any fixtures, appliances, cabinets (I can picture that!), but neither trimming, flooring, plumbing...
So, like it was designed to be..not an apartment?
:P
Granted, that expression could be interpreted a couple of ways - like maybe the state of the apartment could be visualized as a new, unfinished apartment (so those things hadn't yet been installed in the first place; as opposed to an actual apartment designed without those things, or excessively cleaned to the extent of hiding the fact that they had never even previously existed in the apartment), or it could just be an intentional overstatement for exaggerated effect... nonetheless that little cliche felt out of place. hehe
But yes, aside from some little writing/cliche annoyances for dramatic effect, definitely a great story!
