I like the sound of the story, and I like the cover. Yes, even the SPI. I don't know when the first MJOLNIR-equipped S-IVs were fielded, but perhaps this takes place before it was available?

I'm more curious about the author. He's a prevalent Star Wars author (the second, after Traviss) but I don't believe I've read any of his books. Any SWEU fans out there who have a good sense of what he's like as an author? How do you think he'll do?
