Let's see...

Because of the color grading it's impossible to tell how different colored their armors are but they seem to follow the color themes from Escalation and the H2A terminals (Linda-brown, Kelly-teal, Fred-blue). I hate this. It's not as bad as the Spartan IV Power Rangers but I'd hoped they would've at least kept the IIs all functional and professional, even if that meant restraining the artists' urges for making every character "distinctive".

They went way overboard with Linda's optics. Her design is beating you over the head with the fact she's the snipey one. Other than that her armor looks fine, all things considered. I like the collar and the smoothness of the leg plating, though the hip area is still too underarmored.

I still don't see why Kelly would be wearing EVA anywhere that's not in space. It's like the artists forgot that these armor variants are not just cosmetic and actually have in-universe functions -- and a very specific usage niche in EVA's case.

There's no function the yellow lines/markings on Kelly's and Fred's armors could possibly serve so they have no justification for being there. The Spartan IVs have been filled with useless decals for some time but keep that crap out of the IIs.

All this also raises the question of why the Chief is the only Spartan, ever, who doesn't wear fancy custom armor.
