In Locke's Team (bottom right), there's a gray-armored Spartan with blue highlights on their armor. I'm thinking that's Holly Tanaka from Escalation #17, the most recent issue. Blue seems to be her signature color with a family portrait of her in a blue dress as a youngling and also with her blue scarf she's seen wearing throughout the rest of the issue.
