Why would they unlock achievements from other versions of the games? The achievement is a very transparent carrot on a stick, increase the magic number, kind of thing.

That's also bad, and it's also in multiplayer, and it really bothers me every time I use one.

You... don't have to find the skulls again? If you don't want the achievements, you can still turn the skulls on, and it if you already found them you don't have to look for them. It's literally an optional "go here and press X for achievement", I don't see why that upsets you, unless it's the lack of challenge.

You don't have to, again? Am I missing something here? It's optional, and it's not supposed to be easy. I appreciate having achievements that are actually challenging instead of things you'll get anyway or things you have to get lucky for.

As I recall, it was more complicated than flipping a switch, and there were still some issues. That said, it sure would've been nice.
