I would agree with you, but then I see comments from 343 about how ODST and Reach were excluded because they couldn't fit it all onto one disc. This has nothing to do with previous generations and everything to do with them wanting you to go and buy an Xbox One if you haven't. New generations also don't need introduction to Halo 3 and Halo 4. Well, at the very least, Halo 4.
I already feel like $60 is too much because I personally don't feel like H3 and H4 have any business on this thing, but it's really so much more than $60 when you consider the console purchase decision I have to make on top of this.
