Marty's music is definitely some of the best in the entire gaming industry. If HE doesn't honestly understand why he was fired, it was probably finances that got him cut. But, why not sit down and talk with him? What terrible business practice to cut someone without them knowing, unless they've done something in which deserves such cut. You are affecting their entire lives, their family, etc.

Also, why fire the best in the game music industry? I hope this is an opportunity for him to be in a place well larger than he's ever dreamed. He deserves every bit of it.
