You can't compare technology between fictional universes based solely on the timeline. Otherwise, Halo would be indistinguishable from StarCraft.

That's assuming that she can interface with the technology. She had exposure to Forerunner technology prior to the first Halo, and decades of UNSC intel on Covenant systems which probably helped. This would be her first encounter with Asgardian technology.

And besides, for all we know the hammer is a freaking brick. How does she hack it if, say, it doesn't take commands over the radio? Or if it's not hooked up to a communication frequency she has access to?
