: Master Chief's weakness is his honor and duty to serve and protect those weaker then he. Which would be a LOT of folks including Captain America. But with the geniuses in Shield, there may be a way for them to figure out how to remotely and quickly quarantine her. That alone would be a incredible feat in itself. And even then, the only way to stopMC from ripping Cap's head off in seconds would be to incage him in a hardlight bubble and deprive him of oxygen til days after his reserves ran dry. And this is assuming that Cortana hasn't figured out how to escape her digital prison by then.

Without Cortana or another powerful AI in his position/side, some technical measures could be used to capture and kill MC with little effort. Teleporters, hardlight bubbles, a planet crashing into him. (lol). Anything might have been better then the end result of this video.
