I'd say do H3 first. For one thing it's more straightforward i think. ODST is kind of like an oddball spanner thrown into the works, and I found it a bit frustrating how weak you are compared to a Spartan. It frustrated me how standoffish I had to be when tackling enemies, for fear of dying. Also I wasn't keen on all those sniper Jackals around the city. Those were a pain.
