Uhh... I don't think you actually disagree, at least I hope not. What I believe you're advocating by this reply is removal of exclusive content entirely, not that they incorrectly and deceivingly label exclusive content as not true exclusive content.
I don't want the former, but I wasn't arguing that - I think we both agree that the latter is the Bad Thing that Should Not Happen. Both for our sakes and the company's.
