In Response To: He's a mama's boy (Grizzlei)

: Of course! He'd likely end up with a rifle round in his skull, but he's free
: to pursue that option.

: John has shown nothing but an unflinching fervor to guard Earth and her
: colonies. It would take a great deal than that's already occurred for his
: loyalty to the United Earth Government to cease. He'll probably spend his
: final days sitting on a porch shaking his fist at some prospective
: Spartans walking on his lawn.

I think the Chief is going to retire and go into business on the Sangheili home world opening up several Arby's sandwich shops with the Arbiter. Arby and the Chief owning Arby's sandwich shops, ya just can't miss, right!

Half-jaw may have a bit of trouble chomping down on the large sandwiches but I bet he would make one hell of a cook. And Cortana could easily run the business side of the shops. Maybe Halsey could buss tables when she get her new prosthetic arm? I think its a better future then what 343 has planned for the poor, old, worn out Spartan :)
