I believe you are building your group of dissatisfied customers into something much bigger and influential than it may actually be. Satisfied customers will buy Halo again. Even dissatisfied customers will but Halo again.

Halo 4's MM population is weaker now than expected but sales have been good and I doubt 343i has created much concern at all.
