2 year dev cycle, alternating release years with GOW. I'm fairly certain that this is happening now. Wasn't the first CGI trailer for 4 revealed a year before it's release? E3 '13 seems a logical place to announce, by way of CGI trailer or otherwise, Halo 5 in 2014.
And, like Halo 4, we won't hear anything at else at all about the game until E3 '14.. lol
