: Microsoft, line up with this 31 yr old white male demographic that most
: game companies tend to trend toward apparently.

same in my programming job. This is just the way they think. WE are not even a big company, but if you are only working a 10 hour day people look at you funny (even if you go home and only work on work stuff because they give you so much you can't finish it in a single day). It's really disparaging and personally makes me want to just be a cook or cleaner, at least they are generally happy.
