Here. Slide 49. This slide shows that, overall, players dropped out of ranked playlists at the milestones to the new class of overall military ranks. At 20, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50. The number of players with a HS of 50 appears to be DOUBLE that of those with a 49. If bleed-out didn't happen that curve should be fairly smooth, and should probably look more like the graph on slide 24.

The entire thing is a great read full of fascinating tidbits - I would have loved to have seen the presentation done live.

CSR in Halo 4 will only be viewable through Waypoint on the web, mobile and 360. It is specifically NOT viewable in-game because they're super-afraid of boosting and account selling. Of course, that move simultaneously sabotages the incentive for all the legit players too...
