It makes sense, as does doing it like Prestiges. I find that ranked stuff is more stressful, and ultimately less enjoyable for me than public stuff. I don't want to have to worry about getting pooped on by some MLG tryhard team boasting about the six 50s they got in the week since CSR came out.

And 343 resetting everyone every few months just makes all the work pointless. Why should I spend those months going for a high rank when, by the time I get to, say, 43, it'll be reset and I have to start all over again?
