I have yet to get to that part. I bet it will be difficult.
I have added some Halo CE Elites:
The files themselves can be found here.
: I'm currently modeling Prime and Kevin from the old Malibu comics.
: Particularly the version from the Boris Annural cover.
: But I'm going by it by sculpting them first with plans to retop them later.
What are you going to use to sculpt them? My Grunts will be mostly hardbody models because they will have segmented limbs like arthropods should have. I will, probably, do it in Rhino because I have a license for it.
But I might use Blender. I know your opinions on AI slop but LLMs are great for explaining Blender features. You don't need to watch a 40 minute tutorial to find out what button to press, and you can ask follow up questions immediately, you don't need to do a Google search and watch 5 irrelevant videos before you find the answer.
: My computer is slow as a slug and Blender crashes on me a lot.
: So it's takin me over a year just to sculpt Prime. Haven't gotten to Kevin
: yet.
: At his current stage, Prime looks too much like Marvel's Hulk.
I never read those comics but I see that Prime is pretty muscular.
I prefer making things myself rather than consuming what someone else has made. I still like games, TotK was my last game played but there aren't enough hours in the day to play a mediocre game.
I haven't played Infinite or CER, I have a dog to walk and some animations to publish. I have no time for just OK.
And when you make something for yourself, you can use your own taste. It is nice if someone else likes it but I am happy if I like what I am doing.
