No interesting story, unfortunately - just a combination of need and laziiness. The first three were added there because in 2008, Bungie was having trouble serving them, so we offered to help. They quickly upgraded their capabilities when they first ran into problems, so the next few were easily handled by their system. 2014 is now up because I happened to have a copy, not because of any prescience. (That is, when you said you were missing copies, I searched my local drives, and found the Jan 2014 one, but not the other two.)
