The November 2013 episode was archived by The Wayback Machine (https://web.archive.org/web/20131213212405/http://downloads.bungie.com/podcasts/Bungie_Podcast_Nov13.mp3), so I think all the pieces have come together!

Do you know how it came to be that certain episodes are hosted on bpc.bungie.org and referenced there by the podcast's XML feed rather than from downloads.bungie.net/.com? I'm just curious how that came to be and if there's an interesting story there.
