I fail to see why this announcement should lead to anger. 343 isn't producing this, Saber is—and I think their work with CEA and H2A shows that at least the visual side of things looks in hand, and considering Halo 3 was a solid title, so should derivations from it.

There are some obvious pragmatic business decisions going on with its launch. That's not 343's call. But considering it's being marketed to a country where few people have consoles, let alone good localization of the Halo games, I don't see how this is some sort of slam against us American consumers and fans.
