Spectator Mode = Theater Mode?

Please stop watching @ 3:06, its stupid.

So from what I'm noticing, this fancy Spectator Mode that 343i has been toting about is just a glorified Theater Mode. whats supposed to be the difference in this other then the fact that you can't take clips or screenshots?

Think you Beta players can give me some insight?
