As for how Blur did...

... I think they did a fantastic job. In only a few places did I not think I was watching a hi-res version of the original. FWIW, those places are:

- Anytime Tarturus's face appears. It just looks so... rubbery.
- The end of Cairo Station. I thought that was an awesome cutscene before... but it's even better now.
- The end of Metropolis. Did In Amber Clad really only need to squeeze through the Slipspace rupture at the last second?
- The Gravemind. I actually like the new one - he seems so much more repulsive. (They could have left out the teeth, though.)
- The end of the game. I liked the bustle in Cairo Station.
