Well, the scenery repeats but that's not really relevant to my wishes. Having a shotgun in TB gets me no closer to romping through AOTCR with one. Different enemies, different situations etc.

That's something at least. It's kind of academic to me as I don't expect to ever be gaming on a PC, but still. The point I raised about ultimately having all weapons available for all levels was a general one, applicable to any shooter.

You sure about that? I know vehicles were annoyingly robust against small-arms fire in H3, but I seem to recall at least taking down Banshees with a battle rifle sometimes, but it took so long. Plus, the Banshee didn't smoke up as damage increased (a reprehensible omission), so that was another reason it wasn't much fun.

Definitely rocket crates at least, but I was thinking of more normal ammo packs.
