Honestly, I enjoyed it, and as someone else said, the last couple of pages seemed very Chief-like. The most interesting part to me though was the last page with the ONI back and forth. Implied things being carried on behind Hood's back, people aware and up to date on the Chief's psych evaluation and a last shot of apparent detachment in saying Chief is kind of 'out' of the normal UNSC chain of command and unable to be stopped (or 'controlled') by the high-ups.
