You know, I think he was actually Composed. The section of Ring crashes right onto where the Composers are, and the Chief says I suspect it is safest to call him "contained". Contained where? Gamma Halo? On the Composer's Forge? Is that the Shield World seen on page 20? When on the Composer's Forge it seemed to have a direct view of the sky, but maybe that was a simulation? Confusing!

I actually found parts of this issue intriguing, but overall this story arc was just....so bad.

Yeah! Escalation has been largely a disappointment (to me) but I still trust/expect/hope that Halo 5 will have a story worth telling.
