In Response To: Nice revisit of Silent Cartographer (Kermit)

One mark of a bad first-person shooter is that it's got bullet sponges for enemies. A bullet sponge is a boring enemy that can absorb a great deal of damage. Hunters can absorb a great deal of damage, but they're not boring. A bad bullet sponge enemy often has an attack that can't be dodged, whether because it's an area of effect attack or because it comes from a hitscan weapon. A good enemy has attacks that can be dodged and encourages you to dodge quite a bit. It's all about the dance—it's all about moving you throughout the space.

That, right there, is why Promethean Knights are only interesting to fight when the Catch skull is on. It changes the focus from dumping a lot of firepower on them before they can wear down your shields to moving around the battlefield and looking for high ground. It also lets you get close enough for an AR duel.
