I'm sorry Wu, but until that information that you have is made public by another source this is damaging to Bungie and we should be able to form an opinion of sorts about this based on the information we know so far.

I know this is personal to you I would feel you're stuck in a "your 2 best friends are fighting" type situation, I hate those kind of situations. but looking at the current facts I don't like this at all I think it was low what they did and I don't think I'll have such an open mind until more people start telling their sides to all this.

With Bungie keeping their side shut off there is only 2 other sides were seeing here, legal documents and whatever Marty had to say and in both counts, it shines Bungie in a really bad light.

My opinion of course is subject to change once we hear more and hopefully soon. I just hate that this all happened Marty and Bungie went together like Oreos and ice cream I'd never thought something like this would happen in a 100 lifetimes and in the end we lose because we no longer get to hear Marty's sweet tunes in Destiny (assuming they stripped the tracks, I have no idea how music rights are working with these 2 right now considering the legal hassle. it may just be easier for Bungie to drop the tracks and add replacements later).
