Things have most certainly changed. As far as Bungie goes, I feel like the magic is still there, but the shackles and pitfalls of modern game design have caught up enough to hold Destiny back from true greatness. So far the Bungie humor is completely absent from Destiny. The funny weapon descriptions aren't quite the same :-p

Halo I think is lovingly forgotten to me, and I can't speak for everyone else here, but tons of folks I knew from here aren't interested in Halo 5. Halo 4 was okay, but I played it through twice and never did the multiplayer.

This place is and most likely will be MUCH quieter than the Halo 2 / 3 days. There will be less speculation. Less tricking. Less of everything really. But, I still have a feeling it'll be the best Halo forum out there still.

In the meantime, get over to DBO and get hype!
