Frankie has mentioned that they will ship the games/maps in the state they were essentially retired in. Aka, with all previous updates and patches, however no new fixes, updates or patches will be added.

And yes, the Blastacular Map Pack (Tombstone and Desolation) was outsourced to "Certain Affinity".
